With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Yes! we don't charge per project . Instead, you're provided access to a queue that you can add as many design requests to as you'd like, and I'll work through them one by one in any order that you set.

Because each and every request is different, it's hard to guarantee anything here but my general rule of thumb for a typical request is two business days. A typical request could be a landing page or logo. A non-typical request could extend out from there, which could be a request for multiple landing pages, a robust e-book, etc. In this case, you may receive multiple deliveries until the request is complete.

There are no contracts or commitments to use our service. You can cancel at any time and return at any time. We are flexible and understand you may not have a consistent need for designs every single month.

Members are given access to a Trello/ Jira board where you're free to submit design requests. You can add requests into three groups:

‍Backlog: A backlog of requests you need done. There is no limit to how many requests can be in this list.

‍Active Requests: Tell your designer to begin working on a request by dragging it here. You may only have one active request a time.

‍Approved: A request is placed here once it is approved by you and you receive all the desired files.

Unlimited, of course! We don't limit you in any way, whether you have 1 brand or 100. You're free to request designs for any number of brands.

Revisions are easy with us. Once you're provided the initial draft of your design, you can immediately provide feedback via the request card in Trello, or directly in the Figma, whichever you prefer. You're also encouraged to record a brief Loom video if you prefer to talk through the changes versus write them out.

Most small revisions are completed the same day, or next day. In rare cases where we must take a totally fresh approach to the request, more time is likely needed.
